Good afternoon my name is Vanessa Martín by the way general manager and owner of Doggis restaurant I’m in the restaurant business and I always go to this location as a prize for my kids after their hair cut. Today Monday 27 around 5 pm went there with my 2 years old and my 9 month baby my son was eating an ice cream with fruits and he choked with a piece of fruit I asked for the lady for a cup of regular water and she told me that they don’t have cups for water.
I told her that I saw a column of plastic cups and she answered that those cups is only for smoothies. My son was coughing and I was indeed for water and desperate told her give me water in any cup please. She told me that I need to buy a expensive glass of water that they have in the front (my 2 years old doesn’t know how to drink in a bottle of water and how safe is a 2 years old with a bottle of glass could you imagine if my son could breathe because he was choking or something happened with the glass bottle. She told me go next door in a very rude way and left me by myself there (you can check the cameras) and sat down inside the store .
When I asked for her name she told me that is not my problem and make her middle finger sign. What is that way of treat a frecuent costumer that only was begging for water for my 2 years old son. Please that lady needs to be punished for what she did.
I’m sorry to write this type of issues but I think we live to serve our costumer and needs to be serve with respect. Thanks
